What I do

Author, Artist, Filmmaker // One book became two in the same universe. Then, I was blessed with a third. Two fiction. One non-fiction.

Zooligan Sunrise: When a mysterious call sounds, four youths from wildly-different backgrounds are forced to do community service in the underbelly of a zoo. When the call beckons, all hell breaks loose—the kids and the animals, in a mess, follow this calling to the tracks of a train where they yearn for escape. Will they find it?

Youth Group: In 2003 in the city of Heaven’s Peak, two brothers hungry for truth, experience faith to the X-treme! They deconstruct their lives and put the pieces back together. Was it all a lie? Does anything exist beyond the clouds of the Peak? Will his crush log in to AIM so they can talk, please?

Vibe Shift: A letter to all the young wanderers. I want to take this time to explain. I promise, no artificial intelligences were used in the making of this letter. This is human-to-human. From my mess, to yours. I know the noise of opinions, mistruths, and half-truths are little overwhelming at times, but I assure you, this is the full-truth. A few threads of research eventually unraveled my life. It will unravel yours too.

God’s impact on my work has been humbling and enriching. I’m excited to share it with you. It’s been personal, but many of these matters are not unique to myself, they are quite pertinent to us all. I hope to share in my unexpected riches, and relate in my struggles.

If you’d like to donate, I’d love to do this full time! I have a heart for the page.

How many of us are hungry for long, wholesome stories told by a fire? After the collective drain of incessant scroll of byte-sized screen-time, we are hungry for something healthy upon which to rest our attention. Books that build up, instead of only tear down. Books that you hold onto in moments of crisis. I feel you.
